Reserve a Meeting Room Online
People who want to reserve one of the library meeting rooms can make the request online here (or click here for printable version of the instructions for online room requests).
Currently, the Warsaw Community Public Library offers the public the use of three meeting rooms, A, B, and C. Meeting rooms A and B can be combined into one larger room (AB). For those who do not wish to use the online room request, you can click here (pdf file) for a copy of the application you can print (you will then need to bring the application to the library or fax it to the Meeting Room Coordinator, 574-267-3959).
To check meeting room availability, consult the Room Calendar or contact the Meeting Room Coordinator (574-267-6011, ext. 334). Meeting rooms are only available during the library's operating hours.
